IMHO only of course i think since the GM and it all came out that the wells weren't in the actual state that we were all led to believe, things have obviously gotten a bit critical and have now gone into damage control mode.
After reading and rereading that announcement to me it sounds like they could be taking on a partner!! will be an interesting update for sure :-)
