Much of the value of CER ironically contributed to CER's NTA in the amount of 0c, due to the impairment.

I personally have no qualms with the sale. At book value it is around 22c (CSF, REIT1 and REIT5)Refer to one of my earlier posts today. Im just very interested to see how the approx 25c equity within Super was maximised for CER.

Also there is equity within CMCS40 (one of the JV partners within Super) of which CER owns 14.6% (refer to supplemental). The equity within CMCS40 was $190m (refer to pg 29 supplemental). CER's investment in CMCS40 is valued at approx $28m or a further 1.2c per unit to CER.

Anyway lets see what the ann brings and yes I am pumped!
