i agree with you people but how come that we keep listening that sydney prices have climbed 5 % ???

i wonder if buyers that were waiting for this $ 200 000 did the right thing buy TIMING THE MARKET or (as all experts are suggesting) they should've bought a year earlier and payed the full price ?

and of the resident experts around to confirm that timing the market is NOT the thing to do ?
