I would daresay the company is once again being conservative in keeping the suspension going.
Negotiations are not always straightforward and it's unfair to say that management are incompetent before saying any details. None of us are privy to what is happening behind the scenes - hence the trading halt to stop others who have inside knowledge from trading.
Please note, I'm not passing judgment on this capital raising at this point - until full details are released it would be silly to do so.
It's also best not to keep on expecting an announcement to come out each day - best to just wait for it to come out. If you do so, you'll just set yourself up for more and more disappointment each day that nothing eventuates.
