The CEO has yet to show even the remotest degree of remorse, contrition - let alone any accountability for the train wreck her has overseen this past few years.
Instead he just threw the CFO under the bus, and continued on his merry way with his $1.2M salary as if we're still an ASX 200 company and there's nothing to see here.
His demeanour at last year's AGM was in my opinion teflon-suited and dismissive, compared to Michael our Chairman who to his credit showed awareness and genuine empathy for the massive destruction of shareholder value presided over of late.
I sincerely hope he and the rest of the Board stand by their assurances that they were viscerally on notice, and if the CEO couldn't right the ship to profitability- he must go.
The market (and I) have almost no faith left in our grossly over-paid CEO (1.2M pa for what is now a 35M micro-cap rag trader that has jettisoned its disastrous offshore expansion and no longer seens to be able to even can't turn a profit).
"Viscerally on notice"... I sincerely hope Michael and the rest of the Board will honour that pledge. Enough is enough, we need a new leader who can genuinely refresh the brand and start to rebuild from the ashes...
