If management could pull off a capital raising like IBG (i.e. significantly above market price) to a large holder - e.g. nyrstar, the chinese... it could also make it more difficult (and more expensive) for a takeover to occur in the future. This would be the most ideal scenario in my view. Be interesting to see how this turns out...
