As I suspected, the placement is not 100% to "institutions" as everyone keeps stating. I could get a certificate from my accountant verifying that I meet the criteria to be considered a 'sophisticated' investor.
I look forward to the updated share registry, Top 20, new substantial holders to see exactly who the new holders of the placement shares are.
