cornerstone investors

Somebody put up a really good post yesterday regarding cornerstone investors, maybe even CSL coming on board.

A lot of BIOs have big brother cornerstone investors. We have at least three good candidates in Novartis,3M and CSL.

two of these research collaborations have gone along period without any substantial updates..

I scratched my head for a reason that Harry would have the Patent Portfolio valued. That costs money and we know how tight Harry is.Valuations are normally done for funding reasons. The board would have no reason to value it for accounting purposes.

A twenty percent holding in POH by a big cornerstone investor for $40 million would a good result. Even having the money staged on milestones would be well worth it.

The 200 million patent valuation cuts at 20 % to the money we need. the results from OXY trials to date would be more than sufficient to whet investors appetites considering the valuations that come from a successful FDA approval for a blockbuster.

personally I cant wait to find out what has been sorted out. because I am still awaiting the catalyst that send this one through the 18 cent barrier.
