Hi all.

I've had a thorough read through the report and I must say, it is now, more than ever, so blatantly obvious regarding the decision made by DERM.

If they do not overturn their decision, which I still believe they won't, if this is presented in a court of law, based on the facts and the reasoning of the truth, then CXY is back online.

If this were a civil or criminal trial, by law, judgement has already been passed prior to trial, which we all know is not the way society has presented itself over the centuries.

Great to see the fight going back to these expletives in a position of political folly. What a joke the system is, what a joke the QLD Government is. This document represents common sense, which is why I will hold until whatever end may be.

As for the concern regarding CXY as a going concern, have no concern!! No one in their right mind would invest in a company like CXY having viewed their financials. We all know this, which is why we are all here together.

Pay day is not far off and when it comes, I will dance a very merry jig to all those in here who wanted criticise the rest of us for being so stupid.... Seems the shoe now fits the other foot? :)
