Hardman are in the area northern part of the area as block 2 sits on top of block 3.

UGANDA - EAST AFRICA
In October 2001 the Hardman Group was awarded a PSA
licence for Block 2 in the Albertine Graben,Uganda.Hardman
holds a 50% interest in Block 2 and is the operator. Block 2
is located in the northwest of the country and covers
the northern part of Lake Albert and the surrounding
onshore area.
Geophysical data shows that Block 2 contains a thick
sedimentary section. Only one well has been drilled in the area
by the African and European Investment Company in 1938,
which encountered good source rock and live oil in the
Jurassic. Oil seeps along the edge of the lake indicate the
presence of an active petroleum generating system.
The 2D seismic survey over Lake Albert commenced in
September 2003 after the vessel “Victoria III” was transported
overland and equipped with seismic recording instruments.
The survey, totalling approximately 1,600 line kilometres of
data, was operated by Hardman in conjunction with the
adjacent Block 3 parties and approximately 1,000 kilometres
of seismic was acquired in Hardman’s Block 2 licence area.
A detailed technical evaluation of the seismic data is
currently in progress with early results indicating the presence
of robust structural leads and prospects. On completion of
this technical work Hardman will commence presentations of
the project to companies who have expressed interest to
farmin and fund the next exploration phase of drilling one
or more wells."

That being the case, no reason at this stage to think it is a problem for Hardman.
