agreed all good and fine in the mid to long term...
BUT the Co stated it will be a capital raising and it would appear they're tossing around some sort of SPP so in the short term you'd expect they'll likely have to raise a smaller amount at between 9 and 10c and shareholders may get some too. Hardly likely to force the SP up to the point at which they could raise the $30-40m they need for Oxy etc.
Unfortunately the days of 9c raisings dont appear behind us.
This would explain the selling rather than a big brother type deal now.
