PL refer to previous announcements regardingroot cause analysis, discussions with partners remain ongoing as most are onholidays in Europe and refer to recent HGST update. When we are in a positionto make a statement on all matters we will.

Whilst there are certain confidential matters that are kept from its shareholders and the public at large, the board of directors has an obligation to report and keep informed its shareholders on other matters. I have written to the company as follows, however do not hold my breath in expecting an immediate reply:
Could the 4DS Board of Directors in their obligation to its shareholders (and the public), urgently inform us on matters that are of concern. We are eagerly awaiting the following:
• Details of the proposed “Webinar” that will explain the "unexpected results" of PL6 testing and the steps going forward.
• Report on the recent meeting with IMEC and INFINEON
• Update to the HGST (Western Digital) Joint Development Agreement.
• Revised 4DS development timeline.
• With the SP currently being what it is, are steps being taken to prevent a possible hostile takeover.
