This is as opaque as can be from this Board of Directors and Executives.
In such a short time after diluting your shareholdings with the recent capital raisings, this mob are conducting the engagement for the provision of research services by issuing 2,000,000 shares on 9/7/2025 to dilute our shareholdings.
There is no information who is the party providing the research service or what this party would charge if the services is provided under a normal commercial engagement.
We should also take note of the Appendix3B announcement on 18/11/2024 engaging an unnamed party to provide research services by issuing 2,000,000 shares on 30/6/2025, here is a snapshot of the announcement which appears to be in addition to this recent 9/7/2025 shares dilution?
