    In addition, Moab advises that EUR has granted a cash loan of $500,000 to the Company (Loan). The Loan is unsecured and accrues interest at 10% per annum and is repayable on 11 July 2026.

    Funds raised under the Placement and Loan will primarily be used towards procuring and assessing new resource project opportunities, exploration activities at the Company’s Manyoni Uranium Project located in Tanzania, and for general working capital purposes.
