And cant agree more about NWE's style of management. Definately not spruikers. Both Peter and Ernie are totally level headed. haven't spoken much to Fry/Kennedy but these are all old school guys. Been there seen it and I like that in a stock. As ive said though, I really think when one of these deals takes off we need a PR pony to extract maximum leverage on issued capital as we will be raising cash to porgress and quickly!
2008 was breaking point for Norwest and teh company really survived thanks to their no frills exposure rationalisation.
I bought this stock in the doldrums after following it and management for a long while and my big picture back then was 15-20cps so days when I see 8cps clipped you get all excited but I step back and rationalize inline with my expectations back then. (we had mostly the same asset base back then as now - bar north sea).
