Okay so:
1) purchased off market (wonder who from) 375k shares for $160k ($0.426 per share)
2) liked round numbers so purchased another 24,998 shares for $10,499.16 on market ($0.42 per share)
3) converted already allocated rights to shares 46,354 (nil consideration)
4) converted already allocated rights to shares 300,000 (nil consideration)
He now “owns” exactly 3,000,000 shares (with a big cheap loan to boot)
Think this is the largest amount of shares he has purchased (not sure if he has purchased any in the past but will give him the benefit of the doubt), and for those May sayers he does have “some” skin in the game.
It does mean it is likely that their is not any non-market information out there (after the investor presentation). Wonder if that was a cleansing to allow him to purchase…
I would be quite happy to see his loan reduce (with a reduction in shares) by a similar amount rather than the entire amount rolled over again at the next date
