    Hmm would be good to see them state JORC MRE. I think at the current price it’s about 20% of the cap raise? 38m shares? Across 6 board members plus options. Seems to be heavily focused on the geology which is out of their control. I’d prefer to see it reflective of share price performance beyond the VWAP KPI. How about some 52w high KPI’s? Something that pushes them to seek major investment. Leave the geology KPI’s to the geologists.

    FYI I’m no expert on director KPI’s
