The only reason those companies such as AVM and TGS were up was probably because the shareholders didn't know this coup had taken place. I didn't know until I saw a post of one their threads late this afternoon.

It is terrible timing as I feel a good price was going to be set for the IPO. Now $2 will be a windfall in my opinion.
