You make a good point Kevi......and I would tend to agree..........however,look at the DAX,nearly back to pre GFC levels with the German economy going gang-busters and the latest euro un-employment rate dropping,coming in better than expected.Also since mid Jan,the Shanghai Index has also risen,the Hang Seng just breaking out of resistance and the Nikkei on a sustained upward rise.
