The natives are getting very restless.

Your timelines keep pushing out. The market doesn't like this and furthermore, it doesn't like the fact that you don't like to provide updates outside of the regulatory announcements and when you do, you offer overly conservative verbage - the market does not like this!

Give the market and shareholders a little more to go on - you don't have to divulge any proprietary detail e.g.

"We are deeper into discussions in relation to ... and are closer to reaching our goal of ... . Whilst we cannot yet reveal the specific arrangements, we are very excited and confident that we will be able to commence Phase III LANI trials by the next Northern Hemisphere flu season."

PC, Biota shareholders are excited about this stock. They would like to hear from you outside of the AGM and standard regulatory announcements.

It's fine to say you will welcome holders on tours of head office, but how about some informal shareholder meet and greets in capital cities. No, we're not talking about your standard potential investor briefings at broking firms - we are not potential investors - we have seen these briefings. Speak to us. Give us some respect and you may find a change of attitude all round - don't alienate us - this will just make things worse for you and us.

THIS IS CALLED COMMUNICATION!

Have the courage to recognise that you may not be running the company to your shareholders' satisfaction.

Change your ways and you may find that Biota will become the darling of Aussie Biotechs, something long overdue.
