spp placement Kevins - how did you get shares in the placement?
I guess you must me classified as a "sophisticated investor" - what are the requirements for this "title"?
Do you plan to hold the shares longterm (if this is not being too nosy!)? I've heard that companies do not look too kindly to people who receive shares in a placement and sell them too quickly?
