Mr. Middleton is an experienced company director and corporate advisor of ASX listed companies specialising inthe Australian and International resources sector. He has extensive experience in financial analysis, risk management, major capital works expenditure, corporate governance and ESG regulations.

Keith a current non-executive director and former Managing Director of American Rare Earths where he had direct accountability for exploration activities coupled with strategy formulation, project evaluation and investor relations. Mr Middleton recently served on the board of Redbank Copper (2021) (ASX: RCP) where he was instrumental in the company restructure and recapitalisation.Keith was involved with strategy formulation, project evaluation and investor presentations

Keith was previously a member of the Regional Executive of the Housing Industry Association, requiring direct engagement with government at all levelsEarlier in his career, Keith worked within BHP Billiton. He has direct experience in advising and raising equity for companies in the form of direct investment, company loans and initial public offerings. And has extensive experience in financial analysis, risk management, major capital works expenditure, project management, corporate governance and WHS regulations.
