It looks like now as good as the recent announcement was it was there to provide exit liquidity to those top holders who keep selling down, it seems like a good business and looks positive longer term and I’m sure if the sp had popped it would have given enough liquidity for them to sell down more of there shares, who knows their reasons, it doesn't need to be a negative on the company they just might need the cash but the re release of the announcement shows they were surprised at the lack of interest imo. I’ve sold some down till the market shows more interest in this.
