I think you will find the ASX is the problem, they suspended the company because it was selling it's major project & assumed the company was trading under false pretences. Since then they have a pegged project in Utah & acquisition of the Qld project so maybe ASX will release the company from suspension soon?
Unfortunately LEL is at the mercy of ASX regulations & theres nothing they can really do about the suspension, I thought the Utah project was within company structure so they could use that "project" as a means to get out of suspension without spending any substantial funds. Companies like MAN are based in the same jurisdiction so no reason why LEL should be suspended imo.
