    Hi folks

    PLV should be moving upwards 'now'.

    The information is there. The expectation of production is there.
    The PFS will not be determining whether the company will proceed with production.
    This companys MC should be much higher based on what has been announced already.

    The downward pressure has been through manipulation from those wanting entry...not because of bad news.
