I believe that the use of the word 'reform' in this case - kind of requires a redefinition


The Liberal party is way beyond the need for 'reform' -------- it's more like in the 'transform' area

going from living tissue to earth and harvesting the minerals and reforging something totally different


You cannot 'reform' a dead horse'. You can 'transform' it -- into compost, from which you might grow totally different things.

A dead horse ------ reformation, resurrection, rebirth -------
