subdued response by the market, the market probably wanted more detail and clarity... Since the trial RUN was a success, but was the actual process of turning brown coal to black coal a success? or do they not know this yet since it has to be sent to the lab.... To me, this announcement could have been more clear and less ambiguous... this announcement is on the right track however...
