That's correct TC and the requirement to spend $70m in CAPEX will be a fantastic result, because it will mean that MHM has contracts with Alcoa and SSC, for 3 plants at least.
When that happens, and Good Oil is assuming it will, the SP will be much higher and the dilution, if any, not large.
