I think if they carried out the share buyback in full we would see $20 per share without a takeover. You can see the low volume daily share price manipulation which is allowed to continue constantly. Buying back 1.5 Million shares and then deleting them will make a real difference for shareholders. There are only 50 Million CUV shares out there. Very strange the buyback is not used to 'strike on shareholder behalf' and protect their interests, it is just a straightforward capital distribution which companies do all the time and Clinuvel can do the buyback while only using minimal resources (less than 10% of shareholder cash reserves).
