Just to provide some context, I first bought shares in about 2016 and, while I sold or bought a few as we moved through building cycles, I'd retained a solid core throughout until late last year when it became clear that Trump was coming and the uncertainty caused me to start to move out of the stock. This process finished when I sold the last of them around liberation day.
Their results are ordinary at the moment. Although REH will continue to do well in Australia, the higher prices (P/E's above 20) are linked to the idea that success will continue in the USA. The dilemma rests around the question of recent poorer reporting performance and whether it is linked to the general economic condition in the US or, as they've alluded to, the pressure coming from competition. To me, I need more clarity before I buy back in.
