The revised offer is the merit of those single shareholders giving management a kick in the backside and showing resistance ! I'm still sadden that a organised resistance of retail shareholders wasn't possible.
Interesting that the Share Price is performing only moderate after this news and is still approx. 20% below the new ECE offer.
Mr. Market is still not enthusiastic about this deal.
Sumich and ECE have to deliver more positive FACTS in the coming report/Investor presentation.
