I was fortunate to introduce myself to him this morning before he went on air.

I didn't want to take take any of his time so quickly thanked him for for his remarkable efforts.

It was like introducing myself to a childhood sporting hero.

The IV, for me, confirmed the calibre of the man. It is one thing to talk about doing something, it is another to do it. A true gentleman with a big heart.
