so us armchair property experts may be wrong....and the Kong family who have run this business for decades may have struck a reasonable deal....securing land for development in a country (and city) that is probably going to be another Asian Tiger economy in the next 10-20yrs
having said all of that, the challenge for Aussie shareholders is will their seemingly conservative, but arguably good stewardship of this company ever get recognised on the ASX and the shareprice??
