You're going to compare a rare earths price post GFC that still held EP's and reserves with a technology commercialisation company? There were far more macroeconomic effects and commodity price influence which led to LYC's fall and subsequent rise. Consumption rates of rare earths by end of 2010 were back to 2007 levels. Share price in 2007 was about the same as the mid-late 2010 price.
