    It all makes perfect sense. The question is why it could not have been figured out in time to drill Rafa B then recomplete Rafa 1 this season. The sequence has changed and the rationale is perfectly explained. Surely if Tom had secured the upstream partner already, we could have done it as scheduled, but it is now Q2 26…

    … last sentence: “In this regard all options are being considered” = BRU is for sale.
