CHANGE OF NAME AND ASX CODE TO “RKB”
Rokeby Resources Limited (formerly Inca Minerals Limited) (Company) is pleased to advise that
following shareholder approval at a General Meeting of shareholders held on 1 July 2025, the
Company’s name change has now been completed and registered at the Australian Securities and
Investment Commission.
ASX is in the process of implementing the Company’s change of name and change of ASX code to
“RKB”, which will take effect from the commencement of trading on Monday, 21 July 2025.
Shareholders do not need to take any action.
The Company’s subsequent rebranding will take place over the next few weeks. The Company’s
website www.incaminerals.com.au, emails, and telephone numbers will remain and be maintained
during the transition period to ensure no disruption to the Company's availability.
