I'm afraid you're mistaken, Fellini. The concern about LaJolla is that their convertible note issue will be persistently dumped on market, depressing the share price. This is of no concern to LaJolla, as they will simply accept their next tranche of shares at a premium that floats above the prevailing market price.

They can and will sell down their stock, each time converting their debt to equity as is their legal right under the debt facility and dumping it on market.

Their allotment of shares simply increases if the price goes down, creating a predictably unstoppable down trend that will decimate the share price completely irrespective of any fundamentals. This snowball effect simply gathers pace as the volumes LaJolla dump increase.

CDY have some very promising technologies - I was a holder in the 6c region, where I saw promising company trading at a discount to their potential. I sold when learning of the LaJolla connection as the risk is simply too high and their behavior is well documented across a number of stocks they have pillaged.

They are the most rotten, destructive bastards operating on the ASX, worse than Springtree, however they operate with company consent, shareholder approval and legal impunity. LaJolla are a disease and should be avoided as such.
