In answer to Klaas's question about funding for the incubator fund, it appears to me as though TZ are planning on receiving government grants to create jobs - from the state of California for the SF office, and from the government of China for any move there ie manufacturing.
As a US example, I've seen this with other companies. Writer (if he is still around?) will know all about Unilife's $1.8m US grant from the state of Pennsylvania as an example:
