There is always some risk ... but Mozambique is proving to be a stable exploration & mining region, so as long as they have done it properly, then it should just be a matter of due process. From the company:
"The transfer process is ongoing and timing of the transfer is not within the Company's control. Pending transfer the Company has therefore entered into binding Power of Attorney documents with the project vendors, under which all rights and entitlements associated with ownership of the Licences is now vested in Dugal Resources, Lda.
Exploration Programs set out in Prospectus
Mozambi's directors advise that they are not aware of any regulatory impediment to the Company undertaking the defined exploration programs set out in the Prospectus in accordance with its stated objectives."
