**rivkin** re: getting ready 1. I'm not suggesting 8 years to market. I'm saying it typically takes 8 years to have a patent approved internationally, and therefore we can strike that off as a reason for instos to invest right now.

Actually I believe we will hear about heads-of-agreement with major drug manufacturers in the next six months or so (which is what a licensing agreement with a great big feck off drug manufacturer will take to bed down).

    2. Regarding a JV, maybe, but OBJ has enough cash to complete their technology and a licensing agreement is essentially a JV-type channel to market that leaves control in OBJ's hands.

    3. Regarding a takeover, why would a big ugly Pfizer try when a) OBJ doesn't actually have a patent, and furthermore, as much as they (and we) believe their tech is innovative, it just might not be to the international examiners; and b) they don't actually know which drugs are being tested/successful by OBJ (because OBJ's not giving us specifics), so how would they know what they'd be taking over?

I believe this is why OBJ is keeping shtum on their test results and planning schedules - until they have commercial licensing deals on the table with the manufacturers of the drugs they're testing on. Then by the time Pfizer wants 'em they just might not be able to get 'em, and if so, they'll have to pay a premium - which I imagine would be OK by shareholders (which includes the OBJ team).

Look, I'm not bagging this company or this investment opportunity. I hold heaps and plan to have more. I just think investors need to look at the actual business model before they get all anxty about the lack of action on the share price. It's just too soon.

    Cheers for the feedback Riv-strap!
