You can ask all the questions and raise all the issues you like here but nothing will change. HC in market terms is like a meeting in a phone box.
You keep repeating the same questions and issues over and over ad nauseum. You will never get solutions that way - bit like facing a brick wall. It probably helps ease frustrations though. Everyone would like more anns etc.
Consider leading a group of like minded holders and put some heat on.
Seek expressions of interest from the forum.
As a group you can collate the issues approach and approach the ASX and or ASIC. It is recommended that you contact the company first before reporting to the ASIC/ASX.
Report misconduct
Make a report of misconduct to ASIC | ASIC
Consider all members 'chipping' in for some legal advice in relation to issues and possible breaches. BOD's do not like this.
A large group share holding will matter.
I have had experience with a group such as this. As a group with a large combined holding you will have no problems getting a 'special' meeting with a company rep.
