In Sept 2010.
Economic Interest dropped from 48.4% to 42.4%
Voting Interest dropped from 51.7% to 44.9%

But recently.
Economic Interest Increased from 42.4% to 47.1%.
Voting Interest Increased from 44.9% to 49.9%.

To increase the % above.
The Board is evaluating a number of options at PRESENT.

Disappointing they have not been able to lift there % since Sept 10.
