Thanks Defabs for you detailed response. Maybe the powers that be at CER will read it nad realise that shareholders can get better and more up to date information from HC than they can from the company. The company should have given us a better understanding of the deal than they have. Particularly for The CNP holders that in a lot of cases seem to be on the understanding that they still have something to gain. In their case the ASX should suspend trading until CNP explains in detail the position that their shareholders face.

I'm still not sure what may be in the fine print that could affect us one way or another but I am satisfied that it will be a proposition to hold onto CER long term.
