told me a very large % of kararas work force will be
chinese workers (there is a large skill shortage in oz )
so we are lead to believe .
well kiwi/s are rebuilding after their earth-quakes
east coast of oz rebuilding after floods & cyclones

how does a chinese worker get certified if they cant read
or speak english would be hard to read

On an optomistic note they are allowed to bring a vehicle over tax-free they probably will bring over cheap chinese 4 wheel drives and flood the market (lowering the prices
its a better option for me than what frank-halo suggested
