    Are you saying the CATL price that Nigel negotiated wasn’t fair and that a higher Kobold offer would be fair?

    I agree that all parties need this so there’s not going to be any premium. Just a fair price for all parties. And the CATL valuation is a starting point. Question is what factors will move it up significantly??
