I have been extremely critical of the management of MAK due to their time frames not being adhered to without explanations and revised schedules being advised to their shareholders, however in reading all of AD's recent releases i believe that VERTE have come up with the goods.
The current "gift" that the directors are endeavouring to push thru is another indication that there is going to be an announcement shortly confirming this.
By the way, i am dead against this "gift" as the management and directors have been more than adequately compensated up until now and it should be based on a successful contract being signed with a joint venture partner for them to receive any additional compensation to what they currently receive.
There is certainly some games being played with the share price considering the continual BOT trading and i wonder who is at the bottom of it, VERYYYY suspicious!!!!!!!
