I hope the info in the Circular is true as it is pretty pretty inflammatory and if the directors using Tay as a scrape goat then i can see a lawsuit coming soon.

I just dont see the benefit of Tay doing that unless he was nominated/authorised to do it.

Put urself in Tay's shoe... why would u trade/buy shares in DMA name if it was for a personal gain??

we may just open a can of worm..

May be they should put DMA in TH till this is sorted out.

ps. Can we vote to have a new board completely since we can trust no one??
