    I note all your vacanies are not in the inner city suburbs...
    the bears are only interested in the inner city....
    albury is not considered as inner city for melb, sydney where most are interested

    a most contradictory voice, if I ever heard one...one who professes to own property, as investments, but bangs on like a bear.....
