I just rang the company.
They said that license was granted late february and they are now producing from those wells. They aslo said thier production is not hedged so recent high oil prices will be beneficial to thier bottom line. Their sale prices are linked to the Brent oil price but usually around a 10% disount to it, but oil is high at the moment so it is a good time to have an extra 1200 barrels a day come on line.
