Seriously though there are dozens if not hundreds of "cures" for psoriasis
Some help a bit.
Some work for a while... then don't work.
What seems to help for one person does not help for the next person.
Mo simple answer.
None work to cure the disease.

It is still not known exactly what causes it. Lots of theories... like stress... but lots of people in stressful situations don't get it...

Tricky stuff.
No one really knows.
